Our team of Service Leavers and Reservists are an essential component to military training events and are primarily employed to conduct Demonstrations and represent Opposing Forces (OPFOR). Much of the work takes place at the Infantry Battle School in Brecon but also across the UK.

As a Mabway role player you would be expected to carry out a number of different roles such as Demonstration Troops, Enemy Forces, Casualty Simulation, Technical Vehicle Crew, Range Sentries and many more. There are also opportunities to support Collective and Mission Specific Training events which can take place at numerous locations across the UK where you could be role playing militia or insurgent groups, deployed UK mentors and specialists, partner or coalition forces.

Mabway will supply all the kit you need such as uniforms, sleeping systems and daysacks, all we ask you to bring is a pair of black/brown military style boots, along with your energy and enthusiasm for the role. You will receive refresher training in current tactical operations and be re-qualified to drive military vehicles.
