MABway has played a key role in the preparation of 8 brigade sized formations deploying to Iraq. Each brigade package contained cultural training modules designed to ensure that soldiers understand the environment in which they will be working.

MABway was set up in 2004 by three partners who have a combined experience of 63 years in the management and delivery of training solutions for the public sector and for commercial organisations.

Since our incorporation MABway has supported the delivery of training to over 40,000 personnel by managing the customer interface, developing the training programmes and ensuring a flexible and cost effective service at all levels. MABway is a company purely focussed on delivering world class training and so we are able to put together dynamic teams to deliver training solutions from a single course to a complete managed training solution.
