Engine Demo - Mabway

Isolate fuel supply to the filter – align the valve to isolate the fuel supply to the filter that is being changed. Open vent valve and drain valve to drain and safely remove the residual fuel.

Loosen securing bolt – unscrew the retaining bolt that holds in the filter housing.

Remove the housing – carefully remove the filter housing.

Remove old filter – retrieve the old filter from the housing and safely dispose.

Replace filter – carefully locate the new filter into the housing.

Refit the housing – fit a new housing seal and carefully refit the housing to the valve body.

Insert and tighten – carefully holding the housing in place, tighten the retaining bolt to the required torque settings.

De-isolate the valve – carefully move the valve to de-isolate fuel to the new filter, vent and check for leaks.

5) Replace filter

6) Refit the housing

7) Insert and tighten

8) De-isolate the valve
