Mabway

Mabway's life skills training has grown from the requirement to keep our own employee's skills up to date and to develop their capability as part of our delivery of services. Many of our staff come with a high level of training capability from their military role and this is respected by our customers who value their style of training and the motivational effect it has on their own staff.

Our customers regularly ask us to return for further training and we are proud to support the rail industry, defence sector and government. Course range from statutory modules to bespoke training. We typically send our instructors into businesses to deliver a series of courses across their staff such in one or two day modules.
