Requirement

Mabway Ltd is recruiting self-starting, professional and insightful individuals to join our Exercise Plans Team (EPT), delivering direct support to the Army’s collective training programme. The particular role – Training Specialist (Intelligence) – will contribute to the design and delivery of military training activities by supporting the generation of contemporary operating environments, replicating the challenges that British Forces, at every level, face today.

Who are we looking for

Our ideal candidate will have enjoyed a successful career within the military in either the Regular or Reserve forces but wants to optimise their Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Background (KSEB) in a complimentary second career. Harnessing that KSEB and enthusiasm is key to PjN delivering successful outputs that will enable the central deliverable; bringing training to life. We are looking for an individual with an operations, planning and training focus ideally in the land environment and understands the intelligence processes well enough to be an active and informed contributor to the creation and flow of intelligence products training. This will not preclude non-intelligence operators, but their foundation knowledge must allow them to be comfortable in conversations in that space. We are looking for an individual that will work well within a small and dynamic team, based from Warminster with the expectation of deploying forward to various training locations in the UK and overseas for periods of time. The individual will be comfortable with working as part of the team but also delivering some areas of work independently, once given direction.

Essential requirements

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to meet challenging deadlines

• Ability to balance, prioritise, manage competing demands, and quickly develop in-depth knowledge on a variety of topics.

• Ability to work with limited supervision

• Knowledge of current military operations and the effects of the current geopolitical situation
