Mabway Ltd provides specialised training support to the British Army and we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Military Training Deputy Team Supervisor to join our team based at the British Army’s Infantry Battle School in Brecon. The individual will be responsible for liaising with the Team Manager and military training staff to deliver a dynamic and challenging opposing force and training effects that enables the delivery of key training objectives. While based at Brecon, some training will be delivered at other sites across the UK and to other organisations across the Army and Defence. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills for both customer facing responsibilities and management of a small team of specialist military training support role players. This Opportunity will close on the 27th of January 2023
Key Role and Responsibilities
- Leadership and line management of up to 8 staff.
- Engagement with the customer and Team Leader to ensure safe and policy compliant delivery of key training objectives.
- Deploying within the UK and overseas to support military training events.
Role Requirements
- Prior service in the UK Armed Forces (Regular and/or Reserve).
- Line Management experience.
- A good understanding, based on recent experience, of military training events.
- Excellent team working.
- A good level of physical fitness and the ability to lead by example.
