It is not often that I take time out to thank someone for a course--well it's not often that I am that impressed to be honest! Just to say that I thoroughly enjoyed today in York.

The way you held the group was great. It was interesting and informative and GREAT to hear someone really convincing of their belief in a professional way of doing things. It made me go home for once feeling that I could actually contribute something useful and be correct in my beliefs that what I do should be recognised as a worthwhile occupation. Anyway I could spout on but I won't because as you say minimal talk and clear understanding is the way to go! I hope we get the opportunity to take part in something so useful another time. Just a quick note to say thanks for that course today.

I was a bit apprehensive at first about going but am glad I did. I found it exceptional useful and very well laid out and presented.

The role-play element made me realise my own faults, especially, when conveying messages (less haste more speed).
