Fazel Beria has extensive experience in the Afghan world and has a comprehensive knowledge of Afghanistan,
Afghan culture, Pashtunwali, Islam, the Afghan government structure, Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) structure and organisation as well as having a good working relationship with Governor, ANP and ANA in Helmand today.

Fasel speaks Pashtu, Dari, Russian, Hendi, and English fluently.

Recently Fazel has managed the OPTAG cultural project for Prestige , Multi Lingua and TQ Education and Training Ltd since 2005 to January this year. He has presented over 1000 lectures to British troops for the past 5 years as well as during the same period co-ordinating all the CFXs, MRXs, CASTs.

Fazel has also managed over 80 afghan role players during CFX and MRX for each brigade. As a senior Afghan Cultural Advisor has been responsible for all TCC and lectures for SOIR for the past 5 years.

Previously Fazel worked as the Head of British Charity ‘Children in Crisis’ (CIC) and for the ‘Education for Sustainability Network in Afghanistan 2002-2005’. He also coordinated the Afghan Association of London (Afghan Cultural Centre) 2005.

Fazel has a BA Hons in British Politics and European studies and an extensive knowledge as well as good working relationship with all levels of British Army.
