Christopher works on National Security, Defence and Resilience issues. Previous experience was in the Royal Navy in Communications. He commanded a warship, served on senior staffs both ashore & afloat and trained Servicemen.
In the Defence Industry he worked in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, & Customer Relations capacities.
He is a commentator on the UK Emergency Services and has a ‘holistic’ view of capability stressing the importance of matching the manning, training, support aspects with systems and equipment.
He is an associate fellow for Homeland Security at the Royal United Services Institute ( RUSI).
