Anne O'Reilly / Managing Director
Anne has spent the past 12 years working in military and commercial training, and, having been Managing Director of a major UK defence simulation and training business she has been instrumental in many key initiatives to introduce major change in the public sector training arena. These include the setting up of a new training services business, the introduction of two cutting-edge Public Private Partnership contracts, the introduction of technology and management systems to allow distance learning and student tracking to large, mobile workforces.

Mark O'Reilly / Operations Director
Mark retired from the Queens Royal Irish Hussars. During this career he has held a number of key training and operational posts both in support of the military and the civil sectors. He finishing his army career as the Assistant Military Director (Army) in the Defence Export Services Organization and as a result has considerable experience in the international training environments. Mark then spent two years as Head of Marketing and Communications for a major defence supplier before becoming one of the founder members of Mabway Ltd.

Chris Money / Training Director
Chris retired from the Army to join Mabway as National Operations Manager in April 2006; he was promoted to the Board of Directors in July 2010. His appointments as a late-entry officer included Regimental Career Management Officer and Training Officer, The Queens Royal Lancers. During his 25 years in the Army Chris was employed in a number of training environments, including The Joint Service Command & Staff College / Cranfield University, The Royal Armoured Corps Armour Centre and The United States Army Armor School. His service time included tours throughout Europe, North America and The Middle East.
