Mabway conducts HSE/HSENI accredited first aid courses through an affiliation with NUCO Training Ltd who are one of the leading training organisations that specialises in First Aid instructor & Defibrillator courses.
Both the 1 & 2 day courses will be of particular interest to Child Minders & Crèche Assistants, Playgroup personnel & anyone responsible for youth organisations.
Although the majority of First Aid procedures are similar to those used in adult First Aid there are substantial differences in the protocols for resuscitation, choking, casualty handling and incident management.

Students will be monitored throughout the course by ongoing assessments using practical role playing and theoretical feedback sessions.
The final assessment will take the form of an oral and practical.
All delegates will receive a personal First Aid manual & certification, which is valid for a 3 year period. All criteria within these programmes meet the required standards as defined by OFSTED.
