Language and Culture Training
We have extensive experience in preparing the British Army to deploy and operate in diverse cultural environments and have indigenous instructors who understand how to see their world from a UK perspective and they target the training to overcome these specific cultural differences.

We have a team of instructors throughout the UK and overseas, all of whom have personal experience of the areas of operation and understand the military and civilian expectations. We keep current with "inside track" information through our training roles supporting the deploying military and other services.
Medical and Environmental Preparation
We deliver accredited first aid courses which are specific to the medical and environmental conditions of the area of operations.
Families
We believe that organisations can achieve more successful operations if families feel informed and supported prior to, during and after the period of deployment. This can often ease the problems of short notice deployment and the return to work in the UK. We offer training to prepare and support the families of those deploying.
